These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and fe888 regarding your use of the fe888 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services. Account Currency

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fe888 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general rules, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.

Sports Betting

• Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international tournaments — are governed by fe888's cricket betting rules, which address scenarios such as match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis method application, and player withdrawal.
• fe888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds has occurred, or where the event outcome was determined prior to the bet being accepted.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. fe888 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, and speed baccarat — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanism.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, fe888's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fe888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

fe888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fe888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Continuing to provide services to your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to fe888;
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point during your use of the platform.

In the event of termination for cause, fe888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to freeze and ultimately forfeit real money balances pending investigation. Where no misconduct is found, any legitimate real money balance will be returned to the payment method on file following the completion of KYC verification.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting fe888 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
